BioLog is a personal health tracking application that provides features including health journals, medication tracking, document storage, symptom logging, and AI-powered lab analysis interpretation. The App stores data locally on your device.
BioLog is NOT a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. The App does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making any medical decisions. In case of a medical emergency, call emergency services immediately. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information provided by this App.
AI-generated analysis results are provided for informational purposes only and are not a medical diagnosis. The AI may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading results. AI analysis is powered by Google Gemini and is subject to the inherent limitations of artificial intelligence technology. Always verify AI-generated results with a qualified healthcare professional. BioLog Team makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated analysis.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter into the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your PIN code and device. You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose. You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important health data.
BioLog and its content, features, and functionality are owned by BioLog Team and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the App without prior written consent.
BioLog Team provides the App "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. We are not responsible for medical decisions made based on data or analysis provided by the App. We are not liable for data loss due to device failure, App uninstallation, or any other cause.
You may stop using the App at any time. You may delete your account and all associated data through Settings. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the App with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
